i got my report card for the second trimester. i made high honor roll. tomorrow i'm leaving for california for two weeks. i will bring back pictures. my grandma is going though. she will be sure to slow us down. my mom, grandma, brother, and i are going.
two weeks in california. great, right? well it should be. but i'm scared for my dog. when i think about her life i think about how much she has "been there" for me. especially the last few months. but i don't want her to die when i'm not there. i don't want to come back from an amazing trip and find that my dog is now a pile of ashes because my dad didn't want to ruin the trip for us if he called. the movie i made of her is complete. but i can't think of that. i have to keep of a positive attitude. i will miss all of you in the blogger world.
last night i saw the little mermaid on broadway with my friend. something to kick off spring break. we dropped by to see my baby cousin. he is now 9 months old. and he can hold on to things and stand. i can't wait til he walks. i probably should change the title because this has nothing to do with report cards really. but im too lazy. bye.

AWW, C! I hope you enjoy your vacation, and I'm sure you're dog will be just fine. I have an 11-year old golden retriever, and I worry about her every day. She's had a lot of puppies, and that takes time off her life.
And as for your comment, thank you. I never expected anyone to react as emotionally as you did, and now I'm glad I made that post.
As for your dad, don't let him get to you. I DO care, and I'm sorry that you had to go through with what you did. When I was 11 (and man, that seems so far away now.) When I was 11 I was... I think I was in 5th grade. I was happy then. The thought of suicide had NEVER entered my mind. And to hear that you had tried to, I was shocked. You are very mature for an 11 year old, I have to give you that. Way more mature than my brother who's the same age, that's for sure.
And it's weird. I don't know if it's because you're so mature or what, but I see you as an equal. I always think of you older than what you really are.
But yeah, I hope you enjoy those two weeks. I want you to tell me what California is like, because I've never been there and I want to go very badly.
I can't wait for you to get back!
