How are ya?

At my school we do this thing called singing Valentines. Kids put the person they want the Valentine sent to and their name, or they put Anonymous, or they put Your Secret Admirer. and get to pick between a couple of songs. Like Brown-Eyed Girl or L.O.V.E or Ain't No Mountain High Enough or some others. The 8th graders go around into groups. Each group sings a different song. My brother is an 8th grader and he told me that this boy, a boy I had never really paid much attention to, had sent me one. So I got a singing Valentine from "my secret admirer" on thursday because we were off from school friday. It was awkward, a bunch of 8th graders singing to you, in front of the whole class. But I put on a smile because I didn't want to make the boy feel bad. My friend's brother, also an 8th grader later told me that he saw the boy put it in. But i had a good weekend so far. So yeah. I decided to tell that boring story because I felt guilty for not posting.
